Test Conditions

The RSS module monitors the damper solenoid circuit on both sides of the coil during on and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) portions of command signal. The RSS module expects to see the high side feedback high and low side feedback low during the first one-millisecond of the on period or during PWM low state. Consequently, it expects to see the high side feedback low and low side feedback high during PWM high state and high side feedback low and low side feedback low during the rest of the on period.
