Fault Conditions

If the RSS module sees the circuit high side feedback low for 3 consecutive one-millisecond samples during an OFF state, a code is set. If the RSS module sees the circuit high side feedback low for 3 consecutive one-millisecond samples during a hold PWM low state, a code is set.
