Code S071 - Right Front Accelerometer Fault: Description

The RSS module monitors the accelerometer data for a sensor out-of-range condition. If the signal is under voltage (0.5 volt) or over voltage (4.5 volts) for more than one second at vehicle speeds greater than the full firm speed setting, the error is set.
