Code 32 - Lateral Acceleration Switch Error: Notes

SSS control module monitors voltage level of lateral acceleration switch signal. If switch circuit is shorted to battery or ground, or if it is open (disconnected or broken wire), SSS control module will detect an invalid voltage level. When this occurs, SSS control module records error (sets Code 32), turns on the SERVICE RIDE CONTROL message on the driver information center and disables lateral acceleration switch input until a valid voltage level is detected.
