SET TEMP OFFSET is used to allow the set temperature to be up to 5 degrees different from the commanded set temperature. This could be used if customer complaint is that system is too warm, SET TEMP OFFSET should be changed negative 5 degrees, and vice versa if complaint is that system is too cold.
