Speed Flashes At 180 KPH

When EEPROM option register No. 1 is set for Japanese, speedometer will not display greater than 180 KPH. At speeds greater than 180 KPH, display will flash 180. To change configuration, refer to IPC diagnostic parameters such as IS08 and IS09 (IPC EEPROM Option Content). See IPC SPECIFIC OVERRIDE DISPLAYS  .
