Fasten Seat Belts Warning Indicator Light Test
- Disconnect electrical connector at chime module located behind right side of instrument panel, behind glove box. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Connect a fused jumper wire between connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "C" (Yellow wire).
- If indicator illuminates, go to next step. If indicator does not illuminate, check indicator bulb, Yellow wire, flexible circuit and connector for an open circuit.
- Remove jumper wire. If indicator does not illuminate, replace chime module. If indicator illuminates, check CCDIC, Yellow wire and flexible circuit for a short to battery.
