Instrument Cluster

  1. Remove left A/C vent and radio trim plate by carefully pulling on vent and trim plate. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Remove 7 instrument cluster trim plate attaching screws. Remove trim plate.
  2. Remove 4 instrument cluster filter lens screws, and remove filter lens. Remove 2 screws and warning light lens. Remove trip reset switch.
  3. Remove 2 screws retaining instrument cluster. Pull cluster out from electrical connectors. Use pliers to hold retaining tabs at each end of cluster board. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure electrical connectors are aligned with instrument cluster.
