Turn Signal Alert Module (Right Turn Signal Not Operating)

Disconnect electrical connector at turn signal alert module (located behind left side of instrument panel). Using a voltmeter, check for battery voltage between Dark Blue wire harness connector and ground. If voltage is not alternating between battery voltage and zero volts, check Dark Blue wire for open. If wire is okay, replace module.
