Rear Suspension CROSSMEMBER: Installation
- Position crossmember below vehicle on jackstands. Install upper crossmember insulators on crossmember assembly. Slowly lower vehicle onto the crossmember assembly. Align crossmember as vehicle is being lowered.
- Install crossmember forward arm bolts, nuts, washers upper mounting bolts and insulators. See Fig 1 . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten mounting bolts to specification. Bleed the brakes and perform rear wheel alignment.
NOTE:
Both forward arm bolts must be installed with nuts on right side of arm. The cup shaped washer is used only on the left side forward arm.
