Compressor/Pump Relay: Description and Operation

The ELC (Electronic Level Control) relay, completes the circuit to the ELC compressor when energized by the Electronic Height Sensor. The relay is located either next to the ELC compressor, in relay panel under instrument panel or in wiring harness above steering column.
