Hub And Bearing Assembly: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. If equipped with drum brakes, remove brake drum. Remove attaching bolts and remove hub and bearing assembly.
  2. If equipped with disc brakes, remove brake line brackets from control arm. Remove caliper. Mark hub and rotor for reassembly and remove rotor. Remove attaching bolts and remove plate, shield, hub and bearing assembly.
