Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose@Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement
{If equipped} Power Transfer Unit Vent Hose@Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Power Transfer Unit Vent Replacement

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Radiator Surge Tank

Procedure

Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
