Installation Procedure
With the aid of an assistant, install the instrument panel (1) to the instrument panel tie bar and the locator pins.
- Reposition the instrument panel wiring harness into the vehicle position as was noted in the removal and connect the fasteners securing the instrument panel wiring harness to the instrument panel (1).
Make sure the locator stud and tie bar bracket tab (1) are seated.

- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Clip the airbag electrical connector to the instrument panel tie bar.
- Connect the instrument panel airbag electrical connector to the instrument panel harness. (1)
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [16x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Intermediate Duct (1) - Install - Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Intermediate Duct Replacement
Install the left (2) and right instrument panel center air outlet (3). Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement
