Preliminary Procedures

  1. Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (with UV7)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (without UV7)
  2. Remove the instrument panel electrical wiring harness retainer from the instrument panel tie bar to remove the remote control module.
1 Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control Bracket Screw [3x]
CAUTION:

Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
5 N.m (44 lb in)
2 Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control Bracket
3 Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Remove the heater and air conditioning remote control from the bracket.
  3. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure:K33 HVAC Control Module: Programming and Setup
