Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Apply masking tape to the edges of the door. Front Fender Replacement Mark the location of the hinge with a grease pencil before removing the bolts.
1	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side [ 2x ] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Keep the door in the closed position. Replace one hinge at a time. Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side [ 2x ] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Upper Hinge
4	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side [ 2x ] Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side [ 2x ] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
