Installation Procedure

  1. Brake Pipe - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Hose - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

    Clip (1) @ Side Rail - Secure

  4. Lower the vehicle.

    Clip (1) - Secure

    Left Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

  7. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement - Install
  8. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
