Installation Procedure

  1. Install the brake pressure modulator valve secondary pipe.
    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

    Master Cylinder Secondary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

    Retainer (1) - Secure [2x]

  5. Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
  6. Install the battery. Battery Replacement (2.0L LTG)
  7. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
