Dash Panel Outer Insulator Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LTG) , and Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LCV)
  3. Power Brake Booster Replacement
  4. Disconnect the heater inlet hose from the heater core. Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , and Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV)
  5. Disconnect the heater outlet hose from the heater core. Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
  6. Disconnect the air conditioning evaporative connector hose/tube and compressor and condenser hose from the evaporator. Air Conditioning Evaporative Connector Hose/Tube and Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (LCV, LTG)
1 Dash Panel Outer Insulator Retainer [4x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Hand Tighten
2 Dash Panel Outer Insulator
Procedure 
Carefully pull the dash panel outer insulator forward and then upward to remove.
