Installation Procedure

    Install the rear mount strut (5) to the vehicle.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the NEW rear mount strut to body bolt (4) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft) plus 120 - 135 degrees.
  3. Install the rear transmission mount bracket (3).
  4. Install the 4 NEW rear transmission mount bracket to transmission bolts (2) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft) plus 60 - 75 degrees.
  5. Install the NEW rear transmission mount bracket to rear mount through bolt (1) and tighten to 70 N.m (52 lb ft) plus 90 - 105 degrees.
  6. Remove the jack stand.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
