Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant Place a 3 mm (0.118 in) bead of RTV sealant on the block pan rail and the crankshaft rear oil seal housing (1). Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

3	Oil Pan Bolt [3x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Install NEW bolts. Do NOT reuse old bolts. Tighten in sequence First Pass: 7 N.m (62 lb in) Final Pass: 180 degrees
4	Oil Pan Bolt Tighten in sequence 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
5	Oil Pan Bolt [3x] Tighten in the sequence shown. 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
6	Oil Pan Bolt [9x] Tighten in the sequence shown. 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
7	Oil Pan Bolt Tighten in the sequence shown. 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
