1	Hood Hinge Nut (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Mark the location of the hinge to the hood with a grease pencil to aid in alignment. Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Hood WARNING: When a hood hold open device is being removed or installed, provide alternate support to avoid the possibility of damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Procedure With the aid of an assistant remove the hood. Transfer parts as needed. Adjust the hood if needed. Refer to Hood Adjustment (Chevrolet) .
