Preliminary Procedure  Remove the driver or passenger seat head restraint. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement (AHR) .
1	Front Seat Head Restraint Adjuster Rod Guide Procedure  Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool on the outside of the guide until it finds the slot. Then push the plastic slot inward and pull upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame.
