Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front bumper shutter. Refer to Front Bumper Shutter Replacement .
  2. Remove the radiator air lower baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement .
  3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air tube. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement (LTG) .
  4. Remove the charge air cooler inlet air tube. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement (LTG) .
1 Charge Air Cooler Bolts (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
6 N.m (53 lb in)
2 Charge Air Cooler
