Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the intake air pressure and temperature sensor electrical connector.
    3. Fig 1: Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose, Fastener And Retainer Spring

  3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose fastener (1).
  4. Unclip the retainer spring (2) and remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body.

  5. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose (1) from the charge air cooler.
