Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose And Fasteners

  2. Remove the charge air cooler inlet air hose fasteners (1).
  3. Remove the charge air cooler inlet air hose (2) from the turbocharger.

  4. Unclip the retainer spring (1) and remove the charge air cooler inlet air hose (2) from the charge air cooler.
