Installation Procedure

  1. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose (1) to charge air cooler.

  2. Clip in the retainer spring (2) and install the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) to the throttle body.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose fastener (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Connect the intake air pressure and temperature sensor electrical connector.
  5. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
