Conditions for Setting the DTC

B173A 02, B173D 02 

The folding top control module detects a short to ground on the seat belt presenter position sensor signal circuit.

B173B 02, B173E 02 

The folding top control module detects a short to ground on the seat belt presenter motor control circuit.

B173A 08, B173D 08 

The folding top control module does not detect a change in the seat belt presenter position sensor signal when a motion of the seat belt presenter motor has been commanded.

B173B 04, B173E 04 

The folding top control module detects an open on the seat belt presenter motor control circuit.
