- The engine is in Closed Loop status.
- The system voltage is between 10-32 V.
- The fuel level is greater than 10 percent.
- The scan tool device controls are not active.
- Deceleration fuel cut off not active.
- Fuel composition is less than or equal to 87 percent ethanol.
- DTCs P0131 and P0137 run continuously when the above conditions are met for 5 s.

- Engine run time greater than 2.5 min plus a 40 s delay.
- Fuel control is not in power enrichment.
- Fuel composition is less than or equal to 87 percent ethanol.
- DTCs P0132 and P0138 run continuously when the above conditions are met for 5 s.

- DTCs P0068, P0101, P0102, P0103, P0122, P0123, P0222, P0223, P1104, P16F3, P2100, P2101, P2102, P2103, P2135 are not set.
- The system voltage is between 10-32 V.
- Engine run time greater than 2.5 minutes.
- Fuel composition is less than or equal to 87 percent ethanol.
- DTCs P0134 and P0140 run continuously when the above conditions are met.
