Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LEA) Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) .
  2. Remove turbocharger brace. Refer to Turbocharger Brace Replacement .
1 Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
35 N.m (26 lb ft)
2 Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe
3 Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Bolt Seal Ring (Qty: 2)
Procedure 
Do not reuse old seal ring. Use NEW only.
