Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) . Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
1	Heater Outlet Hose Quick Disconnect Procedure Release the clips and remove the heater outlet hose from the heater core tube.
