Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement . Disconnect the secondary air injection pipe hose from the secondary air injection check valve.
1	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Bolt (Qty:2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector.
3	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Gasket
