Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
1	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Pipe Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
2	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Pipe Procedure Disconnect the quick connect fittings by squeezing both sides.
