Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
1	Camshaft Position Actuator Intake Solenoid Valve Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Camshaft Position Actuator Intake Solenoid Valve Procedure Disconnect the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve harness connector. Clean the cylinder head mating surfaces before assembly. Lubricate the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve O-ring seals with clean engine oil.

Procedure

Disconnect the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve harness connector.
Clean the cylinder head mating surfaces before assembly.
Lubricate the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve O-ring seals with clean engine oil.
