P0418  

The ECM detects an open circuit condition of the low side driver circuit for greater than 6s.

P2257 

The ECM detects a short to ground on the low side driver circuit for greater than 6s.

P2258 

The ECM detects a short to voltage on the low side driver circuit for greater than 6s.
