Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    2. Fig 1: Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Bolts

  2. Remove the charge air cooler inlet air tube bolts (1) from the charge air cooler inlet air tube (2).

  3. Pull the release clip (1) outward and disconnect the charge air cooler inlet air hose (2) from the charge air cooler.
  4. Remove the charge air cooler inlet air tube (2) from the vehicle.
