Conditions for Setting the DTC
- The ECM determines that the ECT has not met its calibrated target of 71°C (160°F) when the start-up ambient temperature was between 10 and 52°C (50 and 126°F), for greater than 1s.
OR
- The ECM determines that the ECT has not met its calibrated target of 55°C (131°F) when the start-up ambient temperature was between -7 and 10°C (19 and 50°F), for greater than 1s.
