Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Oil Cooler Hoses

  2. Remove the engine oil cooler fastener (1).
  3. Remove the engine oil cooler hoses (2).

  4. Remove the engine oil cooler connector (3).
    5. NOTE:

    DISCARD the old engine oil cooler seal (1).

  5. Remove the engine oil cooler (2).
