Crankshaft Balancer Removal

• EN-41816  Crankshaft Balancer Remover
• EN-41816-2  Crankshaft End Protector
• EN 50792  Flywheel Holding Tool

1. To prevent crankshaft rotation, install EN 50792  holding tool (2) and starter motor bolts (1) at the starter motor location and engaging the flywheel.

2. Remove and discard the crankshaft balancer bolt (1) and washer.
3. Install EN-41816-2  protector to protect the crankshaft end during balancer removal.
4. Using EN-41816  remover , remove the balancer (2).
5. Remove the special tools.
