Preliminary Procedure Remove rear compartment lid inner panel trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Inner Panel Trim Replacement .
1	Rear Closure Center Applique Fastener (Qty:6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
2	Rear Closure Center Applique Procedure Release the two retainers at each end of the rear closure center applique. Disconnect the electrical connector. Transfer components as necessary.
