WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the check link bolt. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement .
1	Rear Door Hinge Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Remove the water deflector. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door. Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft)
2	Rear Side Door Assembly Procedure When replacing the door it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components. Apply LOCTITE® Blue GM P/N 12345382, or (Canadian P/N 10953489), or equivalent to the fastener prior to installation.

When replacing the door it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components.
