Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the liftgate actuator rod, if equipped. Refer to Liftgate Actuator Rod Replacement . Remove the tail lamps. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement (Enclave) , Tail Lamp Replacement (Acadia) , Tail Lamp Replacement (Traverse) .
1	Liftgate Weatherstrip Procedure Clean the area where the seal will be mounted. Use a suitable solvent with a mixture of 50 percent isopropyl alcohol and 50 percent water by volume, or high-flash naphtha.
