Intake Manifold Installation

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the intake manifold long bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 23 N.m (17 lb ft).

Install and connect the fresh air positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose to the left camshaft cover fitting.

Install the EVAP solenoid bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install and connect the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose to the intake manifold and to the EVAP solenoid.

Install the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose bracket ballstud bolt to the intake manifold.
Tighten: Tighten the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose bracket bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install and connect the dirty air PCV hose to the intake manifold and to the right camshaft cover fitting.
