Camshaft Position Actuator Removal - Left Side Exhaust (Fourth Design)

- Use an open wrench on the hex cast into the camshaft in order to prevent engine rotation when loosening the camshaft position actuator bolt.
- Remove the left exhaust camshaft position actuator bolt.
- Remove the left exhaust camshaft position actuator.
