Removal Procedure

  1. Apply masking tape to the fender and door edges.
  2. Open the front door.
  3. Remove the side front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Speaker Replacement .
  6. Remove the front door outside mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
  7. Remove the front door inner sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  8. Remove the front door frame applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  9. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
  10. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  11. Remove the front door window channel retainer. Refer to Front Side Door Window Channel Retainer Replacement .
  12. Remove the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  13. Remove the front door window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  14. Remove the front outside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  15. Remove the front door lock. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  16. Remove the front door body side molding. Refer to Body Side Molding Replacement .
  17. Remove the front door inflatable restraint side impact sensor. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor Replacement .
  18. Remove the front door rubber conduit. Refer to Front Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  19. Remove the front door electrical harness from the door.
  20. Support the front door.

  21. Remove the front door top intermediate bolt front the door hinge.

    Remove the front lower hinge bolts to the door side.

  22. Remove the front door from the vehicle.
