Oil Pump Drive Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the lower intake manifold.
2. Remove the oil pump drive bolt. (cylinder heads shown removed for clarity).
3. Remove the oil pump drive.

Installation Procedure




1. Apply prelube to the oil pump drive gear.
2. Install the oil pump drive.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the oil pump drive bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 36 N.m (27 lb ft).

4. Install the lower intake manifold.
