NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the right front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the right front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
1 Transaxle Brace Bolt (Qty: 2)
Tip:  Install all bolts by hand first before tightening any bolts.

Tighten:  50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2 Transaxle Brace Bolt (Qty: 2)
Tip:  Install all bolts by hand first before tightening any bolts.

Tighten:  50 N.m (37 lb ft)
