Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the final drive carrier. Refer to Final Drive Assembly Replacement .

  3. Remove the final drive internal gear snap ring (135).
  4. Remove the final drive internal gear (120).
