Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    IMPORTANT: Be careful not to damage the transmission case cover when installing the drive axle seal.

  1. Install the left-hand drive axle seal (1) using the J 39051-2  and a hammer.
  2. Install the left drive axle. Refer to Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement in Wheel Drive Shafts.
