Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine mount strut.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the engine mount strut bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).

  3. Install the engine mount strut nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).

  4. Position the surge tank to the studs.
  5. Install the surge tank nuts and push pin retainer.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
